1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Matt Wall Bonsai website (mattwallbonsai.com) and any purchases made through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Matt Wall Bonsai is operated by Matt Wall as a sole trader based in Warwickshire, England.
2. Products
All bonsai trees are living specimens and therefore unique. While every effort is made to accurately represent each tree through photographs and descriptions, minor natural variations in colour, shape, and size are inherent and should be expected. Product images are taken at the time of listing and the tree's appearance will change naturally over time with growth and seasonal cycles.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Matt Wall Bonsai reserves the right to amend prices at any time, though any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Ordering & Availability
As each bonsai is a unique specimen, stock is limited to one of each listed tree. An order confirmation does not guarantee availability in all cases. If a tree becomes unavailable, you will be contacted promptly and offered a full refund or an alternative.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Bonsai trees are carefully packed and shipped via tracked courier within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimated at 2 to 5 working days depending on location. International shipping may be available on request. Please get in touch to discuss. Matt Wall Bonsai cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond reasonable control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the living nature of bonsai trees, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your tree arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and a replacement or full refund will be arranged. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
7. Care Disclaimer
Bonsai trees require ongoing care and attention. While guides and advice are provided in good faith on this website, Matt Wall Bonsai cannot guarantee the continued health of a tree once it has left the nursery. The success of a bonsai depends on the care it receives from its owner.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, design, and code, is the property of Matt Wall Bonsai and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Matt Wall Bonsai's liability in connection with any purchase or use of this website shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
